Handelsbanken rises on proposed extra dividend

** Shares of Handelsbanken  SHba.ST  rise 2.5% to the top of
the Swedish blue chip index  .OMXS30  after it proposed an extra
dividend on Tuesday after market closed  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASN001OAY
    ** The dividend, to be paid in Industrivärden  INDUa.ST 
shares, corresponds to a value of around SEK 8.7 billion ($1.00
billion) or SEK 4.42 per share in Handelsbanken
    ** Industrivärden falls 1.7% and is among worst performers
on the STOXX 600  .STOXX  index
